1 Samuel 2:21-3:9 - Our Response to God’s Call

Eli blesses Hannah and Elkanah to have more children after giving Samuel to God. The rest of the chapter details the sins of Eli's children and Samuel's growth. Fr. Mina contrasts how Eli's children responded to their calling in comparison to how Samuel responded.
