Genesis 22 & 23: Abraham's Obedience

Genesis 22 tells the powerful story of Abraham’s obedience when God asked him to sacrifice his only son, Issac. Abraham didn’t hesitate!! And for it, he was blessed abundantly.

We have so much we can offer God, so many things we can give up. What are some of those things? Is holding onto them worth more than all the fruitful blessings we could and would receive if we made even a small sacrifice?

Let’s pray that we find something extra in our lives to give to God, and that we may have the strength, discipline and faith in God to make sacrifices
