Genesis 29 & 30: Humility

Throughout the Gospels, Jesus was mocked and accused and spat on. Did He defend Himself? Or did He remain silent and humble at all times?

Throughout the old testament, Joseph was sold, Moses fled, Jacob was cheated. Did they fight back for justice, or did God bless them and their humility abundantly and put their enemies at their footstools?

If we remain humble, kind, gentle and faithful and have patience when we are wronged, the Creator of the universe will stand up for us. And that's far more rewarding than any action we could take for ourselves.
